Dear Parents,
We want achievement, we want accountability, and we want to improve the quality of the educational experience for all our students, so they can achieve to their highest expectations and make life-long learning become a reality. In order to acheive this goal we need your input. Please contact us on a regular basis.
AttendanceReminders
This year we are required to send monthly reports to the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) regarding our unexcused absences. Parents and Guardians, please make sure that you send a note excusing your child, after an absence. A phone call from home does not excuse an absence. Students should take parent notes to Ms. Kamenzind at the main office, the morning they return after an absence. If a student has a planned absence, please bring a note to Ms. Kamenzind ahead of time, and take a Pre-arranged absence form around to teachers.
Tardies
If a student misses 20 minutes or more of any class it is no longer a tardy, it becomes an absence from that class. Please makesure to send a note to excuse any tardy or absence to class.
