It takes a special kind of person to deal with adolescents in a middle school setting, where experimentation and "pushing buttons" are the rule.  Middle school kids need teachers who understand them and know how to channel their energy. Principal Patrick Kelly and Janette Bergen are confident in their staff's ability to provide a quality experience for the student body.

OMS teachers work hard for their students. They really like kids and care about the success of the school. Kelly and Bergen feel fortunate that they have a staff that is sensitive to the needs of kids, while still guiding them toward academic success. "Tough academic stuff" is going on, mixed with the fun that middle school students need.
